Throughout the last 20 years, Claudienne committed to discipline herself and changed her mindset to WIN BIG! By consistently developing herself and applying everything she learned, it tremendously changed her real estate journey.
She received various educational and Real Estate Industry credentials to include but is not limited to Chairman’s & Presidential Elite Circle, 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County, 25 Most Influential & Prominent Black Women in Business and Leadership, and Top 5 Real Estate Network. In 2019, she also received the Agents’ Choice Award from Miami Agent Magazine for her charitable service.
With all her accomplishments it’s hard to believe that she started out as a teenage mother. It truly shows that we can rise above our circumstances and achieve success. About 10 years ago she decided to create her own company The Hibbert Group of Real Estate Consultants. She started teaching realtors the things she wished she had known and inspired them to WIN BIG as well. Just this 2020 her company achieved a $30 million real estate production.
